Practitioner level is now available. You will be using your
voice mainly for toning and ‘Sacred Sound’, using
a vast array of Sound Healing tools such as Native American
drums, ancient Nepalese drums, rattles, Crystal Singing bowls,
Gongs, Sounding bowls, Tuning forks,
ancient Mayan Peruvian Whistling Vessels and much more.

Every
bone, every organ of our body, every part of us, resonates
to specific
frequencies or notes. When any part of us is out of synchronization,
our notes get blocked or ‘off key’, which results
in a very discordant sounding orchestra! This can result in
dis-ease
and low energy. By using sound healing, you will be receiving the
notes, sounds and vibrations you need to place you back in
a state
of perfect harmony and well-being. It will assist in expanding
your awareness dramatically; you will gain much more confidence
and let
go of inhibitions once you can let your voice express yourself
and allow the different sounds of light to enter your being
and flow
through you.
The
Crystal Singing Bowls are pure light. They resonate in perfect balance
and harmony, just like a crystal. When the sounds are absorbed into
your mind, body, emotions and spirit, tremendous adjustments take
place in the most positive way. The feedback we have had from Crystal
Singing bowls and sound healing is phenomenal. It is also one of
the most enjoyable and inspirational ways of healing self and others.
It is very exciting the way Angelic voices can suddenly manifest
from apparently nowhere. Amazing how the sounds move around you
like waves…. You can feel them entering you as tingling, lightness,
heaviness, icy coldness, heat. What they are doing is putting everything
back into balance, health and wellbeing – making you feel
blissful, wonderful and fully empowered.
A wonderful lady graced us with her presence in February (2012) all the way from Egypt this time!
She completed the 9 day Sound Intensive with flying colours, and managed to also fit in CrystalSonic
RejuvenationTM training for the natural facelift, in another day. So now, lucky people in Egypt are going to be blessed with benefitting from her amazing new therapies. Valerie does everything from her
heart with the very best of intentions, and it was certainly a delight and privilege to have worked with her for nearly 2 weeks. We were buzzing after being in a high vibrational space of love, light, joy and peace for that length of time. Straight after she flew back to Egypt, two more beautiful souls did 3 days Sound therapy and then a very loving couple came from Exeter. Since then, I found my diet had to change to match the new high vibes buzzing in me...... now I am eating a purely raw fruit and veggie diet, and loving it!
Lovely people continue to gravitate, led by spirit (how lovely not to have to do down to earth marketing) over here to Atlantis College, and sometimes there is an option for them to stay here in the other part of the house, as Val did. Next, is a lovely practising Yoga teacher and therapist coming, this time, from Poland, next month. I am looking forward to that! Bring on the healing sounds in great abundance : )

In August last year, a lovely lady called Ravi Thatthi, who I'd never met before, booked a one day's training course for Tibetan Singing bowl therapy, with a view to using this therapy in her Spa Centre in Nairobi, Kenya. To my amazement, she flew all the way here for that one day, and what a wonderful day it was. She took back with her 5 of my favourite ancient Tibetan bowls and I am thrilled their amazing harmonics and overtones are sounding themselves in that part of the world. Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy
I had a very positive experience of the healing. I was comfortable with the music and felt I was going home.
Experienced different vibrations in my body: varying in rhythm and intensity and in different locations.
I think I left my body a couple of times but can’t remember where I went.

The Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing was an amazing experience for me, being a healer I am sensitive to energy and I went with an open mind and expected just to relax and enjoy. However the events that followed were just amazing.
After the drum sound I felt a vibration of energy moving in my aura and when the singing bowls were played I suddenly saw myself in a dark place where I could hear but not see a bonfire, blazing sparks and felt the heat of the fire. A very old lady with a very wrinkled face and bright shining eyes was talking to me - however I really cannot recall what was being said.....
After that I also felt there were so many people in the small healing room.... I heard my name being called out ... I thought I was under a deep hole .. and someone up there was calling me ... when I opened my eyes to say a thank you prayer and I closed my eyes to pray and there right behind the Therapist I saw this amazing huge white figure ... I recognised as Saibabaji, from the scarf hanging from his head and on to his shoulder.... amazing healing...
The next day was a day where a lot of emotions had surfaced and after that I felt lighter and fresh.
Thank you to the Teachers and all the Higher Beings for this wonderful and enlightening experience.

Started with the jungle beats – felt some tingles up my stomach all the way to my forehead as the beats changed my whole body started to relax, the music from the ‘magic’ bowls then started.
I felt as if I was floating far away in the ocean; saw clear blue skies, sun like something shining.
The sleep that followed in unexplainable but I woke up with a fresh mind and amazing thoughts.
Amazing therapy. Would love to do it again. Keep up Aromatics Spa

Healing sound from singing Tibetan bowls
I would like share here my experience with my friend Ravi’s new acquired technique to bring « healing » to others through SOUND with “Singing Tibetan bowls”.
Today, Monday the 29th of August, Ravi invited me to experience her new acquired “healing” technique: “The singing Tibetan bowls”! – she went to UK, precisely Somerset to learn about this ancient and yet new healing technique, just for 1day course. It was a swift and intense learning process. Am just curious about the technique but mainly to see my friend Ravi practicing it…
Ravi guided me to the guestroom, a very pleasant airy room…as in everywhere in Ravi’s house, it’s immaculately cleaned, tastefully and simply decorated room. All in pastel blue shades…I felt right away at ease. Saw on the table by the window different bowls, different sizes, all perched on cute cushions, round ones and square ones. But the bowls are all round shaped and by them sticks like wooden pillar we use with mortar. Each stick, around 2”diameter, has the end adorned with sculptured face, the other end is wrapped with a suede. The stick wooden part gives a “singing echo” sound when Ravi banged a bit on the edge of one of the bowls and circle it on and on till it gives an echoing sound and the more she turns and quicker the movement, the sound amplifies…I like the sound - heard it on crystal glasses! The wrapped side of the stick gives a lesser sharp sound, more muffled but still echoing! 4 bowls have cushions but one not. Each bowl has its own stick… (Note that, am basing myself on what I see. Ravi hasn’t explained to me anything, yet!). All beautifully arranged on the table (here again, no clue if it’s just Ravi’s way or meant to be placed that way as ritual!)
Next to the table with the bowls, in the corner, an altar is lit with incense, a chair by it. All this prepares my mind for an unknown yet familiar journey, cause of the incense, altar and great “spa”; As I don’t have prejudice with people’s belief, I just go along with the flow, talking to my Jesus to stay by me! – am at ease more than ever. Am here to experience “healing” and to feel good, God would agree with me that as far as I don’t put my beliefs in trouble!
Ravi put me lying on the bed, beneath me warm electric blanket, am covered with 2 plaids and my feet are slightly elevated on a folded double blanket! Hmm I felt so nice and really comfortable already!
Ravi started with breathing and relaxation exercises! I started to drift away while Ravi was guiding me verbally with the “white ball” going around my body to “ground me”. It works as I started to feel more and more heavy. Then the sound of music has started with a “drum” rhythm. I heard Ravi putting the cassette. That’s all.
All I heard was “music”. I know the sound of the bowls, as Ravi showed me when I arrived, but as it started with (sound of the bowl), more came in, can’t say more instruments but definitely as a “music”, beautiful tune when changing very subtly and but often. It filled the room, I wanted to stay “awaken and aware” as I wanted to share with Ravi later on in the same time, I wanted to just feel the great feeling surrounding me! Loved it that’s all. My eyes are closed and let go! Hmmm, just felt good. Saw colours :mixture of pink, yellow dancing in little circles, bubbles taking different shapes, not bursting, they were dancing following the music…Change colours when tune is changing from pink/yellow, too yellow/orange, to yellow/ citrus green, to more light green to slowly light blue to turquoise all dancing !with the beautiful tune!!! I must have dozed but a flash of white bright light startled me. It was not “painful” but I didn’t expect it…a wonderful feeling followed my startling state, a thought for Ravi came : must tell Ravi about it but must tell her exactly when…so I waited for a possible “landmark”. There it came after 2 tunes : the sound of the rain ! Must tell Ravi, saw the white “flash” 2 tunes before the rain ! – Ravi’s music from the cassette continues its melodic tune. By now am “more” aware and but I just didn’t want to open my eyes…to move…too bad for Ravi, I felt too good! Music on with some Aaaaa Ooooo in between like humming with opened mouth :-D - then slowly, I felt Ravi touching the tip of my toes. Squeezing them, “No I don’t want, not yet now!” but the squeeze is as nice as I needed them, I have being very tired and achy and this helps a lot! Then, Ravi slowly and firmly run along the legs (from toes towards knees)…”No, I need to wake up, Ravi is insisting”, I said to myself but I was gone again, the music is still there, beautiful tune! Ravi’s hand run along my arm and then I felt on my forehead her warm and firm hand and in that moment, I saw BLUE, darkish turquoise, quite for a while, not dancing but staying! Till Ravi poked along my eye brows, following the contour of my eyes, down to my sinus line…she said: “Verooo, you can come back now!” I opened my eyes and closed them right away – still stiff, not wanting to open! My fingers were stiff, closed ( I think ) and I opened my eyes think “Poor Ravi, if she knew how much I don’t want to open my eyes and come back…Too soon and quickly !” But reality called. Ravi made me understand that I may stay longer so I let myself drift again but not the same thing anymore: no music, no more melodic tune L
This is my experience with the singing bowls. What did I feel?
- - Bliss and wonderful music with dancing colours, all beautiful colours. I rested and God knows how I wanted to sleep and really sleep! But I was enough. Very good indeed. I have rested and felt really good!
- - That night for the 1st time, I SLEPT really well. Didn’t wake up at all till good time to get up 8am J
Ravi is the one who was very tired after the therapy. Is it the journey she has just done? or has the therapy drained her ?! Physically & emotionally!
Questions I asked myself: if I have slept as Ravi said, did I snore? (coz I do during massage therapies J )
Ravi explained what happened and I couldn’t believe when she said, she had put the drums music for only less than 5min. I heard all along till end. I thought she has put a cassette all along and played the bowls with. No, there was NO cassette and she has stopped playing the bowls after 20min! I heard the music everywhere along my body, around me, on my head, EVERYWHERE…No, she might have played above my head, along my body but for a very short time 2-3min … The “rain” music was a long “maracas instrument” made of bamboo, very nice sound indeed J . Ravi explained the lights, the colours…I felt even better : saw MY Soul, the Holy Spirit, few Angels : Michael, Rafaelo…as am not into “angel” theme, I don’t know who they are. I know they exist and are around us and each one of us has one assigned to guide and protect us …
So I saw the Holy Spirit, my Soul and Angels… They might have talked to me but am not aware. Only thing I know is they were dancing and the Holy Spirit with the white light came in my life as swift as a lightning but so peaceful J
Healing received from the sound of the bowls : Peace from stressful life J Sleep from insomnia J maybe more but I need to be told then."
