JULY, 2010 and Merlin is doing marvellously.  Grazing contentedly in a beautiful large field only ten minutes away from me! He has lovely

horse friends in the next fields.  He is getting big and strong and has a gorgeous kind, calm, gentle, loving nature.  His foot is fine!

Now it is 5th May, 2010 and Merlin is doing really well.  He is getting bigger each week.  At the moment his height is 14.2 and is growing fast.... He is also developing black spots on his pure white chest, which shows his half Apaloosa breeding....  It is really interesting to see how he is changing all the time.  Very inquisitive, with eyes full of wonder and often mischief.  He is in Thorne St Margaret at the moment and is due back nearby very soon, which will be much easier for me!  Just waiting for the grass to grow more.

Up to date news as of 30 October, 2009: Apache is doing marvellously, and his limp has GONE!  He was gracefully cantering round the field with his friends today and looking very happy and content. He looks like a Unicorn and I got the strong feeling his name is now MERLIN.  Apache holds the vibration of all the trauma he underwent with his injury and also, I feel, past life, which is now healed.  So, Merlin he is.....  He will be a wonderful healing horse in the near future to help educate people about horses and how to communicate with them; to teach about self-empowerment and about healing horses (and horses healing humans)

(BELOW) APACHE, 11 months old - on 1st July, 2009 at a riding stables in Somerset with injured right foreleg,

The stables Vet advised he be put down.  He responded brilliantly to two healing treatments

including Sound therapy and Lesley's vet examined him after, graded him as 5 out of 10 lame; gave her the All Clear to

keep him, continue giving healings and receive tender love and care with stable rest.

(Picture Below)

This is Apache only two months later on 1 September.  Now the Vet's diagnosis was 2 out of 10 lame!

He is just getting better all the time and is now (October) in a field, greatly enjoying life with 4 beautiful (rescue) horse companions.

Thanks and gratitude go to all involved who helped Apache for those vital two months: Sandra, Kirsten, Sarah, Simon, Jill. Plus all the kind and generous people who gave donations which helped greatly to pay towards his board, food, supplements for his foot, etc.

I don't know who Fred is, but Apache was in a temporary stable in a Riding School in Williton.  The children all adored him and he was

extremely popular with everyone, having such a gentle, loving nature.  He loves children, people and other horses.

Hopefully he will help educate people in learning more about horses, and as a healing horse.

Anyone who wishes to follow his progress, sponsor him (you will receive a beautiful photo and information about him on a regular basis) or arrange to meet him for hands on, please email under the enquiries section.
